The Space
Upon entering Pages Piece from May Lane, you’ll immediately sense the owner’s meticulous care for the immediate surroundings. Freshly planted greenery and a pristine parking area in front of the house exemplify the attention to detail. The property is beautifully encircled by recently constructed dry stone walls, enveloping both the house and its garden. To the front, you’ll be greeted by expansive vistas of the surrounding farmland and Cotswold countryside, while a side gate beckons you to the garden and patio.
Ground Floor
As you step inside, the entrance area proves itself to be both practical and accommodating. An under stairs cupboard is thoughtfully equipped to house a travel cot, highchair, ironing equipment, and the fuse board. A convenient bureau serves as an ideal spot for charging phones and leaving keys. An inviting staircase in the hall leads to the first-floor bedrooms and the family bathroom.
The heart of our home is the light and spacious kitchen-dining room, designed to inspire. The fully equipped kitchen area features sparkling white units and Corian work surfaces, with an inviting island at its center, boasting two bar stools. The kitchen appliances are seamlessly arranged in an L-shape to two sides, encompassing all the amenities you’d expect from a luxury rental, including a double oven, microwave, a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, double sink, and a comprehensive collection of utensils, china, and glassware to cater to your culinary desires. The adjacent dining area showcases a rectangular wooden table, complemented by two benches and two end stools. French doors open onto a pathway leading to the patio, where outdoor dining awaits.
Our dual-aspect living room offers captivating views, extending across the neighboring farmland to Ebrington village on one side, and through bi-fold doors to the patio, garden, and the adjacent Maple House and Poplar House on the other. Thoughtfully furnished, this room comfortably accommodates eight guests with two generous three-seater sofas and two armchairs, complemented by a coffee table, occasional tables, reading lamps, and a smart TV.
The first of our downstairs bedrooms, Bedroom One, offers a soothing atmosphere with accents of lavender. It is tastefully furnished with a standard double bed, complete with bedside tables and reading lamps, a versatile chest of drawers/dressing table, a wardrobe, and a full-length mirror. The en-suite shower room is a haven of luxury, boasting polished stone tiles, a walk-in shower equipped with both rainfall and hand-held showerheads, a toilet, a hand basin with a vanity unit, a mirror with a shaver’s point, and a heated towel rail.
Bedroom Two, drenched in natural light, features French doors that lead to the patio and garden. This inviting space is furnished with a standard double bed, accompanied by bedside tables and reading lamps. A dressing table with a chair and mirror provides a charming area for personal grooming, while a roomy wardrobe and a full-length mirror offer ample storage and functionality. An inviting armchair graces this room, creating a peaceful spot for reading and relaxation.
Conveniently located next to Bedroom Two, the cloakroom is equipped with a toilet, hand basin, vanity unit with a mirror, and a heated towel rail, offering a valuable addition to the ground floor amenities.
First Floor
Step into Bedroom Three, where you’ll enjoy a delightful view overlooking Ebrington village’s rooftops. This cozy bedroom is adorned in a tasteful grey-deep taupe color scheme and features a comfortable king-size bed flanked by bedside tables and reading lamps. The room is equipped with a double wardrobe, offering ample storage space, and a dressing table complete with drawers, a mirror, and a chair.
Discover Bedroom Four, the most spacious bedroom in the house, blending an intimate and bright ambiance. This room boasts two dormer windows fitted with blinds, inviting an abundance of natural light. It is furnished with a king-size bed, complemented by bedside chests of drawers and reading lamps. A roomy wardrobe is thoughtfully provided, along with a full-length mirror and a dressing table accompanied by a stool and mirror (not shown in the photo).
The upstairs bedrooms share a generously sized Family Bathroom, a welcoming space to refresh and rejuvenate. This bathroom features a bath and a separate cabinet shower, equipped with both rainfall and hand-held showerheads. Additional amenities include a toilet, a hand basin with a vanity unit, a mirror with a shaver’s point, and a convenient heated towel rail.

A few minutes away on May Lane there is Vegetable Matters Farm Shop and Cafe and also Fresh Meat Matters Butchers next door. The nearest supermarket is the Co-operative food store in Chipping Campden (2.5 miles), open 7am-10pm every day of the week.
The village pub The Ebrington Arms is a 2 minute walk.
Chipping Campden (just 2.5 miles away), has a Market Hall located in the centre of the town. This iconic Market Hall is surrounded by ancient houses made from the local honey-colored stone. The Almshouses in Chipping Campden are just a short walk away from the main high street built in 1612.
Broadway, Moreton-in-Marsh, Bourton-on-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold, are all close by and well worth a visit. Charingworth Manor wedding venue is 2 miles away and 12 miles south of Stratford-upon-Avon.
Ebrington, can be explored on foot and there are many local wonderful walks.

The nearest train stations are Honeybourne (6 miles) and Moreton in Marsh (6.5 miles) both are on the GWR service from London Paddington.
